What to do????

Portfolio Work

1.  Title article – a different title – your own title

2.  Summarize the article – not copy it – 1 page at least typed (size 12 font) – include word art and clip art – make it interesting to look at and to read

3.  Say where all the information was taken from

4.  Say what you thought of this article – did you like / dislike it – you must give reasons

5.  Does the article make you think of your lifestyle – in what way?

6.  Give some benefits of exercise – use your notes

7.  Type it – Print out a copy for Portfolio – this is important!!!

8.  Email the work to me – mrdohertyloretoschool@yahoo.ie by Monday 9^th May

Points that students left out the last time

·       Word Art missing/Clip Art missing

·       Summarize the article given – A few people did not do this (they did their own piece – pieces were good!) – but you must do what you are asked to do (some people were lucky to get what they got in terms of a grade due to the fact they did not do what was asked off them)

·       Where is the article associated with – website address!!!

·       The work must be sent in Microsoft Word and not Microsoft Works – that’s the only way I can open it – sorry!

·       Make sure you send it to the correct address as shown above

·       Not sure about the work – check with someone else or with me – your responsibility!!

·       If the work is not received / sent – that is your problem

·       Go through all of the above points – make sure that all points are taken care of in your work – if you do that you will get the top grade – it’s that simple!!

·       Do not copy and paste from the internet – very obvious!!!

##However it is true to say that some of the work was excellent – great detail – great analysis and understanding of the article – well done to all – hopefully and I am sure that you did learn something from doing this work
